Ample Hills Terms of Use

This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement exclusively between you and Ample Hills Creamery LLC (“Ample Hills,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our websites and other online services, properties, Reward Programs, WiFi, or any features that link to this Agreement (each a “Site” and collectively “Sites”). By continuing to use our Sites, you agree that such use is legally sufficient consideration under this Agreement.

Highlights

This Highlights section provides a general overview of this Agreement. However, you must read the entire Agreement to fully understand your rights and responsibilities. If there is a conflict between these Highlights and the full Agreement, the full Agreement will control.

- You may use our Sites and Content only for your personal use.

- You must not violate any laws, infringe the rights of others, threaten, harass, impersonate, or harm other parties through our Sites.

- You must not attempt to bypass security, introduce viruses or harmful code, or use our Sites to attack other websites or services.

- If you register an account on our Sites, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.

- By using our Sites, you agree to this Agreement and to our Privacy Policy.

- This Agreement limits our liability, contains disclaimers, indemnification requirements, and includes a BINDING arbitration clause with a class action waiver.

- Your use of certain features or promotions on our Sites may be governed by additional terms and conditions.

Our Rights

- All Content on our Sites is protected by intellectual property rights, and you may only use the Content as specifically authorized.

- We may block your access to our Sites, remove your User Content, or terminate your account at our discretion.

- We are not responsible for third-party content hosted on our Sites, third-party websites linked to or from our Sites, or errors in product information, pricing, or promotional offers.

Reward and Loyalty Programs

This Agreement contains general terms applicable to all Ample Hills Reward Programs, as well as program-specific terms. Ample Hills may change or discontinue Reward Programs at any time for any reason, and such changes may affect your Rewards.

Promo Codes and Discounts

Certain Sites may provide promo codes, discounts, coupon codes, and offers to be redeemed at checkout. These cannot be applied to prior or completed transactions and must be presented at the time of purchase. Promo codes and discounts may include their own specific terms (for example, they may not be combined with other offers). Offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and will not be refunded. All offers expire on the date noted within the Site or promotional materials.

Loyalty Offers, including Points, also have expiration dates and cannot be extended beyond those dates unless otherwise required by law. Promo codes and discounts are for consumer use only and may not be used by resellers or wholesalers. You may not have a right to use expired or discontinued offers even if they remain visible on the Site.

Terms Applicable to All Reward Programs

Ample Hills offers programs to reward customers for participation and loyalty (each a “Reward Program”). By opting in to any Reward Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Reward Program terms, and any other applicable terms published on our Sites.

Participants in Ample Hills Reward Programs can accumulate Points for qualifying purchases to redeem for benefits, discounts, or other offers. Participation may also involve challenges or member-exclusive benefits. Not all Ample Hills locations may participate in Reward Programs.
