We start with our Dutch processed chocolate base. This mixture is churned into a smooth, creamy chocolate ice cream. As it emerges from the machine, we layer in generous ribbons of peanut butter swirl, made from dry roasted peanuts and a touch of oil for the perfect consistency. Each layer is folded in by hand to balance rich chocolate with nutty, salty-sweet peanut butter in every scoop.

We make two cookie doughs in-house: a classic chocolate chip and a rich double chocolate chip. We blend the classic cookie dough into our base which creates a buttery brown sugar base. While freezing, double chocolate chip dough is tossed in-evoking the flavor of licking the mixing bowl.

This is Coney Island nostalgia in a cone. Cotton Candy is spun sugar in ice cream form—bright, fluffy, and naturally dyed with spirulina (because we love whimsy, not food coloring). It’s childhood, sweetened and frozen.

The name is a nod to Brooklyn’s poet Walt Whitman—and also to late-night cereal for dinner.

We steep Cap’n Crunch cereal into our base to make cereal milk, then add chunks of housemade Fruity Pebble bark for extra crunch and nostalgia.
